Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund under our risk-free guarantee.
Before you return anything
Please contact us at contact@omiloa.com before sending any product back. We'll review your case and respond within 48 hours with the best solution — in most cases, you won't need to return the product at all (see Resolution Options below).
Return conditions (if a physical return is required)
- You must contact us first and receive return authorization
- The product must be in good working condition
- You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs
If a physical return is required, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In most cases, we resolve requests without requiring a return — see below.

Before proceeding with a full return, we offer alternative solutions to speed up the process and avoid unnecessary shipping costs for you:

Refunds
